An urban layout following a proposal by Joan Antoni Solans: Two-story homes—with a shop or workshop on the ground floor—form a small commercial crescent at the front. A symmetrical arch opens up to the attractive upper park. Four taller buildings, with a square perimeter and three or four homes per floor, complete these arches. All of this is set on the slope facing southwards toward the sea.
