An ambitious project—made possible by the disappearance of the extensive Pirelli factory—whose approach was led by Joan Busquets. It featured several characteristics of the urban planner that we shared: respect for the urban fabric and its scale, the preservation of old paths, a nod to the interesting industrial architecture of the former factory, an awareness of the appealing proximity to the sea, and recognition of the barrier created by the elevated railway line.
