The building's location at the end of a block, next to the highway, was fundamental to its volumetric design, in which I aimed to achieve:

1. The total concealment of the immense party wall, which was the true façade of the city from the highway.

2. A convex end acting as the prow of the building, giving up the concave perimeter proposed by the road.

3. A rich yet unified image from the multiple viewpoints offered by the highway –whose elevated position dominates the view of the construction and whose exit at this point transforms the building into a gateway to the city. The three towers, which encompass the always cumbersome terraces, contribute to this voluntary monumentality.
