A beautiful location by the Cantabrian Sea. A building, or rather a shelter, for a bowling alley with a capacity of 1,800 spectators and small complementary services: changing rooms, ticket booths, etc. The low, long, and narrow roof rested on a wooden truss structure and undulated as it rose above the stands, forming a profile that alluded to the parabolas described by the balls in their flight. To reduce the visual impact of the building, the track and the side stands were excavated into the ground. Under the stands at the ends –those that allow for a better view of the throwing effects– were the facilities.
