One of our first designs in the Correa-Milá studio. A folding table for the children’s room in the Rumeu house in Cadaqués.

The project’s appeal lay in its ingenious mechanism, which made it effortless to fold the tabletop against the wall, since while one half of the board rose, the other half descended to the floor. It was always practically balanced, without the need for any spring or damper.
