Lluís Clotet
Although Clotet and I had already separated our studios in 1983, we carried out this design together - like other derivatives of shared projects - since it emerged as a derivative of the Hialina shelving, eliminating the risk and fragility of the glass shelf. The two-piece composition facilitated extrusion (extruding wide pieces of aluminium was not easy at that time in our country) and allowed for two-depth shelving.
