Cleto Munari
Gold
Necklace, earrings, bracelet, and ring.
Most of the architects invited by Cleto Munari designed micro-architectures, scale reductions of their own projects, or architectural geometrisations. I preferred an anthropomorphic theme, more closely linked to the Minoan Greek tradition: hands that transform into a necklace, ring, earrings, or bracelet. The models were made of card and prototypes were created in brass by a jeweller friend. Their archaeological appearance perhaps resulted in a blend of Art Deco and Greek jewellery.
