(Urban planning project for a competition)
An initial urban planning project by the newly formed Studio Per alongside Joan Antoni Solans, who would later become the chief planner of Barcelona and, later, of Catalunya. The project was developed to be presented in a competition in which, naturally, it did not win. Features are already identified that would be maintained in later projects, such as: respect for the territory and its topography, preference for Mediterranean urbanism, for the corridor street and closed block, and acceptance of high-rise buildings.
