Five apartments next to Solitari 1. Due to the extreme difference in height between the front and rear façades, the lower apartments are duplexes and face only the main one. In the attic, we combined two apartments into one, which we designed for Tomás Maldonado and Inge Feltrinelli. One apartment was acquired by Emilio Bofill, Ricardo’s father (Cadaqués was popular among a certain international illustrated bourgeoisie).
A complex staircase, with zenithal lighting, a metal structure and barred steps, connects the six apartments, each located at different levels (a terrible solution if you have a dog).
Another attempt to respect the small scale of the entire village.
