The project began with an urban reconsideration of the block. Instead of the originally planned three blocks of 14 floors, which were isolated, parallel, and independent of the urban fabric, we proposed a perimeter building aligned with the streets, surrounding a spacious pedestrian square open to the southwest. This forms the basis of our urban urban replanning.
Additionally, we had the opportunity to orient the square's project and to design and direct the construction of the long building located to the northeast. The buildable depth of 18 meters, established by us, allowed all living, dining, and sleeping spaces to be located on the façade. Bathrooms and kitchens are grouped around three central courtyards that extend into the broad entrance hall. This way, cross ventilation is achieved in most of the housing. A luxury.
