Another opportunity to design an entire city block, dedicating the entire inner courtyard to a garden with trees and a pool. The building respects the alignment of the four perimeter streets that enclose the block, and only the corners are set back from this perimeter, where vertical slots are created, at full height, coinciding with the four entrances to the vestibules of the homes. From these corners, all access points –including those to the duplex penthouses– are arranged through the communal garden.
