A glass façade fitted into the existing plain opening. A Yugoslav marble portal with descending steps towards the interior. This frame was meant to seem as if it were carved into the surrounding glass, which was flush with the façade plane. The architects from the Heritage Protection department asked us to pull back the glass, deeming it disrespectful to the building... and, like all our shops in the city, it is now destroyed.
