A mansion located in the upper part of Maresme, the beautiful coastal area north of Barcelona. The project involved rehabilitating a building of relative interest, strategically placed on the best part of the site, with remnants dating back to the 14th century and successive renovations that culminated in a restructuring in the early 20th century. The task was to design the renovation of the mansion and the surrounding areas: garage, terraces, pools, and guest house. The expansive and beautiful terrain sloped down toward the sea, with a forest of Mediterranean trees, offering the opportunity to create a fascinating garden. A bold client with the financial resources, who placed his full trust in us, as he had done with his home in the Madrid neighbourhood of Somosaguas. A group of friends, professionals in architecture and various crafts, united to create a truly unique work.
