In this office building, commercial spaces, and parking, located in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample, we faced several challenges: creating a dignified office façade—highly glazed, but without resorting to a curtain wall—that complied with the strict regulations of the area, was positioned with maximum respect for the neighbouring buildings, and reflected the façade of the valuable Modernist Concepció Market facing it. For this reason, the main entrance, emphasized by a turret, was positioned directly across from the market’s entrance.
