On the site that once housed two villas, one of which was home to the legendary Azulete restaurant, this office building was designed. The volume of two interlocked cylinders allowed for completely open floors while preserving several large trees from the old garden, as well as the structure of the greenhouse that housed the dining room—and had won the FAD award—now converted into a pergola. The decision to demolish this pavilion, taken unilaterally by the developer, marked the end of our collaboration with Núñez y Navarro, which had lasted, with its ups and downs, for seven years.
