A ruin that only preserved its façades. A building that urban legend remembers as an elegant house of ill repute on the outskirts of the city. A structure not catalogued in the Historical Archive, but that attracted me for its unusual Parisian Art Nouveau character, so unlike the Catalan style. We were determined to preserve it and introduce the use of offices by adding a section with elevators, a staircase, and services.
