We continued with the idea, initiated with the Mozart-Fortuny project, of grouping homes rather than scattering small chalets. However, since the regulations allowed for an additional floor and creating apartments with more than three stories seemed excessive, we placed a few penthouses accessible via two elevated corridors connected by a lightweight bridge.
