A glass tabletop, either square or circular, resting on a single, conical, curved, sturdy leg, bare or covered in leather. The sinusoidal shape of four leaves at the base tapered as it rose until it subtly supported the tabletop from its center. The square tabletop had rounded edges (to prevent repeated mid-shin agressions). The glass could be decorated with a subtle acid etching.
