The beauty of this chalice cannot be appreciated only through sight; it must be held in the hands. The body of the chalice replicates the bowl formed by the hands when they try to collect liquid. The base mimics the water escaping between the fingers and the puddle that forms beneath: this is why it is completely transparent and colourless, while the body is pink and translucent.

The intent of the project becomes evident when we take the chalice in both hands, and our fingers adapt to the grooves of the glass.

Never abstract and decorative, always figurative and cognitive.
