A full block of very affordable housing. Our volumetric solution avoided the rationalist block by respecting the façade alignments, but the central courtyard was opened to the street, allowing all the rooms in the apartments to face either the exterior or this central garden space, which opens up to the afternoon sun. The entrances and vertical communications were grouped into just two cores. A dignified proposal for social housing.
