A plot, in Barcelona, that could fit four small houses was finally designated for two generous lofts, thanks to the insight of the developer, my friend Johnny Regàs, who was receptive to emerging housing typologies. More open and versatile spaces, designed for a contemporary lifestyle that has moved beyond rigid compartmentalization and the specialization of each room.
