An extensive project that came from an agreement between the developer Núñez y Navarro and the Barcelona City Council.
The challenge was to solve a large number of individual homes, with vehicle access to each one, while scaling the steep slope of Collserola without disrupting the landscape. Attractive and quiet pedestrian streets that follow, horizontally, the contour lines above the roadways. An intimate porticoed garden for each home.
After years of disputes with the City Council and after our rupture with Núñez, the company executed part of the project without our supervision and with scant respect.
