Eleven adjacent houses, each with a garage, private garden, rooftop terrace, and access to a community park. They were arranged in an L-shape, enclosing the park from the northern side. The 45-degree orientation of all the houses ensured both privacy and sunlight for the gardens and main rooms, while avoiding the always problematic corner-turning solution. A semi-underground internal road allowed access to all the garages through a single driveway, preserving the continuity of the sidewalks. Pedestrian access to the homes was via an elevated gallery, which was reached through a communal entrance, both dignified and easy to control.
Projected for the same developer as the Casa Aguilar, construction was suspended at the foundation stage.
