Starting with the shape of the Banco Catalano (a bench for exterior use, designed more than twenty years before, which became a classic of Spanish design) this wooden bench for interiors was devised. Since it seems that the ergonomics of the seat are practically beyond improvement, design effort was concentrated on the supporting legs, which, thanks to their ingenious profile, make it possible to stack the modules, as well as to link them side to side to form rows.

    As a complement a low side-table was also designed as well as a support for fixing the whole structure to the wall.
