The traditional terrace chair brought up to date. Produced by Aleph-Driade in 1988, it was OTB's first commission from this company. Conceived as an outdoor chair, it was important that it should stand up to bad weather and the passing of time. Structurally, it is based on two lateral bands which form an X shape to provide the legs and which support the backrest. The original version was in wickerwork and aluminium, with a variation in painted steel and grille. Although designed for outdoor use, many owners also opted to use it indoors, for example in a living room, due to its warm informal quality.
